L.I: I can write a persuasive piece of writing that has clearly developed opinion and ideas, uses evidence to support reasons, is well organized using transitions, and has a strong, original lead and conclusion.
What I learned:
I learned that making a persuasive essay takes a lot of work. But once your finished you feel really good about how your intro, conclusion, and all information went together. I learned that making a good intro is important because you have to lead the reader a little bit into what you're talking about and all your reasons for that. I also learned that stating your thesis very clearly helps because if you don't people might get confused on what you are talking about and what side you are on.
